Case 1

I have lived my whole life in Stillvalley, my parents used to tell me stories of how they where one of the first people to move in after the city became a thing. I never listened to them, since I can remember I was deemed a problem child and I never tried to change that. Sneaking out, shoplifting, hanging out with "the wrong people". I've never cared what my parents called it, after all, that's how I met Ann. When I'm with her, consequences seem to disappear. Any stupid decisions we did didn't mater, she was older, she handled everything... She DID. Ann when missing a month ago and is probably dead. The police deem it murder with all the villains around. Across [1] there are people with powers, some do whatever they want and becouse only a few can stop them, everybody lets them get away with it. They told me to stop looking a few days after what happened to Ann, meaning that they didn't even bother looking into it! Who knows what really happend to her... Now I'm left alone with this place and tons of debt. "Cricket! Do you have the money or not?" "I already paid this month's. You know it will take a while to pay the rest." Then the week after that I turned 18 and now I have to deal with all the debt my 'dead' girlfriend accumulated to get this place.
